Systematic and Family Constellations Workshop
1 day workshop
Family constellation is a powerful and solution-oriented method that helps recognise difficult unconscious patterns and entanglements with your family of origin. It also allows you to be the observer of your own system and from this perspective, allowing the opportunity to view behaviour, life challenges and difficult experiences within the larger family system and your part in the dynamics. This brings the unconscious and hidden to light and with this new choices and actions can create different outcomes and different ways of being.
Family constellation allows the person to have both experiences- a felt experience of their issue they have come to address and an observer perspective of dynamics and can also have a profound affect and can support the healing of other group members who identify similar dynamics in their lives.
Anyone over the age of 18 years of age can attend a workshop- workshop numbers are limited to 10 spots.
Come and Try Sandplay Therapy
Exploring the creative and unconscious without describing your story (once per month, individual session). Sandplay therapy is a non-verbal, unstructured and creative therapeutic approach that intentionally creates a space for the unconscious to manifest.
Clients go through their own process of creating and connecting to the sand and choosing symbols to create an image in the sand… it sounds whimsical, but it can have significant outcomes.
In 2025 Natalie will be opening her calendar once/per month for people to come and try Sandplay therapy at a reduced hourly rate. Clients can access 1-3 sessions; however, reduced fee sessions can only be accessed on this day and it is a process of first in first served. This is being offered to children, teenagers and adults. Sandplay is for fun and for everyone!
Please register your interest by going to out contact page.
Dates for 2025 to be confirmed and updated on the website in December 2024
Please note: all programs above are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
Natalie will also be adding a Lismore location to Vibe Psychology in 2025.
